What’s Involved

Between January and February 2026, you’ll take part in 2 interactive online workshops, and design a climate education resource to help other young people learn about and take action on climate change.

In total, the commitment is around 6 hours.

Workshop 1 - Share Your Voice

📣 Using interactive activities, we’ll explore the Scottish Government’s Draft Climate Change Plan, and you’ll share your voice on what you like, what could be better, and what’s missing. We’ll also talk about how different communities might be impacted by the plan, to make sure climate action is inclusive and equitable.

📅 We’re running this workshop twice, so you can choose which date suits you best:

  • Thursday 22nd January, 6-8:30pm OR

  • Saturday 24th January, 4-6:30pm

Workshop 2 - Take Climate Action

⚡ You’ll use your creativity and skills to create a climate education resource (think videos, social media content, blog articles, a presentation, poetry or posters!) to help other young people learn about and take action on climate change. After the workshop, you’ll share this either via our platforms or in your own community.

📅 We’re running this workshop twice, so you can choose which date suits you best:

  • Thursday 5th February, 6-8pm OR

  • Saturday 7th February, 4-6pm

Have a disability or need some extra support to take part? Just let us know in your sign up form - our team takes an approach of ‘inclusion by design’, and are here to make sure everyone can take part in an inclusive, safe and welcoming environment!
